Monty is always very happy to go to stay with Susie at Green Acres. He’s stayed lots of times and I would highly recommend. It’s a definite ‘home from home’ with plenty of outside space for running around and regular long walks. Much appreciated are the regular videos and photos of Monty that Susie sends to me whilst he’s staying with her.
Susie is a kind and caring dog lover and has become a good friend.
Our two boisterous Labradoodles, Rupert and Ralph stayed at Greenacres for a long weekend. They have never been in kennels, so it was my intention to find them somewhere where they could have a 'holiday' too and live as part of the family and not be put into a kennel for the duration. This is exactly what Susie offers. We went along to meet her a few days before, so we could see how our dogs would fit in with hers. We dropped them off a few days later with peace of mind that they would be happy. Which they so obviously were! After we arrived back home, both dogs slept for the first day as they were so tired after their long walks and playing in the paddock. I will definitely be taking the boys back to Greenacres as I can now go away happy in the knowledge that they are well looked after. What can I say about Trixie's stay with you? I know she had a lovely time having other dogs to play with every day and lots of lovely walks in the surrounding countryside. Being homed with you and your family made her feel completely at home. She seemed very happy. Will book her in again soon.

I was very happy to leave my whippet, Bruno at Greenacres and he seemed very content and well - exercised when I picked him up after the stay. I'd be very happy to bring Bruno back another time, a nice homely option for dog boarding.

My four and a half month old puppy had a lovely holiday at Greenacres over the Christmas period. I was very reassured that her bedding was in the heart of the family in the kitchen. When I picked her up she was very tired after all her walks and play with the other dogs. I will definitely use Greenacres again whenever I need to go away. Thank you for making her feel at 'home'.

I have no hesitation in recommending this dog boarding service. My 13 year old westie settled here very happily for a 5 night stay, and even managed to eat her food while she was staying here, which she does not usually do. It was clearly home from home and the needs of the dog came first. I was sent updates and photos throughout her stay. An excellent, caring and service for both pet and owner.

Dear Susie - thank you for looking after Beano so well, while we were away. He loves staying with you and can't wait to get through your front door. ! It makes our going away less stressful knowing that he's being cared for with such kindness and love.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenacres. Our dog, Jess has been there a few times now and is always very excited when we arrive. Susie and the whole family go out of their way to make sure she is happy and comfortable. She is always tired when she comes home but loves having other dogs to play with and gets lots of lovely walks too. It's a real home from home and very reassuring to know Jess is being well cared for while we are away.

Max goes to Greenacres every couple of months for a week or a weekend and has been ten times in total now. He sees it as a second home and always jumps out of the car happily when he arrives and is tired from all the playing with other dogs when he leaves. Susie and her family know lots about dogs and always look after him well.

Our 4 year old King Charles Spaniel Ruby stayed at Greenacres for a week in July, she had previously only stayed with friends or with a small dog boarding home so we were a little apprehensive as to how she would settle. Susie and her family were very welcoming and the environment is prefect for dogs as there is lots of space to exercise and other dogs to interact with so this put us at ease when we visited. Susie is very thorough regarding the legal and professional elements of dog boarding and also creates a great place for your dog to stay, Ruby came home a happy dog after her stay. Highly recommend and will be using again.
