Terms and Conditions

All new clients must agree to our terms and conditions and you must complete and sign a registration form before we accept your dog. All dogs that come must be good natured and have a basic level of training and be sociable and non-aggressive. All dogs on arrival must show proof of vaccinations and kennel cough vaccination. You must agree and sign that if your dog needs emergency vet treatment that you are responsible for the bill and you must leave an emergency number, if we cannot get hold of you the contact must be authorised to make decisions on your behalf. You agree that if your dog attacks, or is involved in a fight with, another dog (and/or person) causing injury to that dog (and /or person), you will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result, including but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees in respect of injuries to another animal caused by your dog. We recommend but do not insist that your dog be insured against sickness, accident, or injury and for third party liability prior to boarding. Your dog must not be known to chew, scratch or destroy furniture or house fittings under normal circumstances. Should your dog’s behaviour become uncontrollable, destructive or unreasonable, you accept that he/she could be placed in a dog boarding kennel at your own expense until your return and will be subject to a £20.00 transfer charge. Any damage caused by your dog in my home or possessions other than reasonable wear and tear will be paid for by you directly on your return. Your dog must be up to date with worm or flea treatments and if he is found to have fleas your dog will be treated at your expense. I am relying on you to be honest with your dog’s behaviour. You agree to bring enough bedding and food for the duration of your dog’s stay. You agree that that after 2 weeks following your stated return date you have not returned to collect your dog(s) and every attempt has been made to contact you and your emergency contact number without success then your dog(s) will be put up for re-homing. We are covered by business public liability insurance with care custody and control extension liability to animals. You agree that we can take photos of your dog(s) and put them on Facebook. I consent to my dog(s) sharing space within the house and garden/paddock with resident dogs and any other boarding dogs. Once a booking fee is made it is non refundable. If you insist that your dog be let off the lead, the carer requires that you accept full responsibility if your dog runs away or gets lost. We do not accept male dogs over 1 year not neutered. Drop off and Pick up only between 11am and 7pm.
