General Information

• We are covered by business public liability insurance with care custody and control extension liability to animals.
• We can only facilitate drop offs and pick ups between 11am and 7pm.
• You do have the option for contacting us out of hours however we would prefer that contact is made between the hours of 10am and 8pm. Contact outside of these hours should be reserved for emergencies only.

Dog Information - Behaviour and Medical History

• All dogs that come must be good natured and have a basic level of training and be sociable and non-aggressive. I am relying on you to be honest about your dog's behaviour. All initial bookings are subject to an overnight stay to ensure both parties are happy with the arrangements which we will discuss with you during your first visit to us.
• You agree to bring enough food for the duration of your dog's stay otherwise there will be a charge for obtaining more food.
• If you have given written permission that your dog be let off the lead, the carer requires that you accept full responsibility if your dog runs away or gets lost.
• You must agree and sign that if your dog needs emergency vet treatment that you are responsible for the bill and you must leave an emergency number, if we cannot get hold of you the contact must be authorised to make decisions on your behalf.
• You agree that if your dog attacks, or is involved in a fight with, another dog (and/or person) causing injury to that dog (and /or person), you will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result, including but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees in respect of injuries to another animal caused by your dog.
• Your dog must not be known to chew, scratch or destroy furniture or house fittings under normal circumstances. Should your dog's behaviour become uncontrollable, destructive or unreasonable, you accept that he/she could be placed in a dog boarding kennel at your own expense until your return and will be subject to a £20.00 transfer charge.
• Any damage caused by your dog in my home or possessions other than reasonable wear and tear will be paid for by you directly on your return.
• Your dog must be up to date with worm or flea treatments and if he is found to have fleas your dog will be treated at your expense.
• You agree that that after 2 weeks following your stated return date you have not returned to collect your dog(s) and every attempt has been made to contact you and your emergency contact number without success then your dog(s) will be put up for rehoming.
• We recommend but do not insist that your dog be insured against sickness, accident, or injury and for third party liability prior to boarding.
• By signing this agreement you are consenting to your dog(s) sharing space within the house and garden/paddock with resident dogs and any other boarding dogs.
• We do not accept male dogs over 1 year not neutered.
• We do not accept dogs on raw diet or fresh uncooked meat.
• We cannot accept any bitches in heat.

Cancellation Policies

• For every booking made with Greenacres Dog Boarding we require 50% of the cost of the booking up front. Once a booking fee is made it is nonrefundable.
• Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days, in order to secure the booking the 50% fee is required. These dates are released for other clients if the booking fee is not paid by the end of the 7 days.
• If a booking is cancelled or changed (for instance if you would like to drop off or pick up your dog(s) on a different date) the client is required to pay the full amount of the original booking.
• Any cancellations or changes to the booking made within 30 days of the original booking will still incur the 50% cost of the booking. If you return early we will be unable to offer any refunds.
• Full payment for each booking must be paid at the start of the booking date. We accept Cash or BACS.

Photos and Social Media Policy

• You agree that we can take photos of your dog(s) and put them on Facebook.
• We will aim to send pictures or videos of your dog every day or every few days.
